What our warranty covers?
Our warranty covers issues with the materials or workmanship – including materials and operating mechanisms (including cords), all internal mechanisms, components, and brackets – for as long as the purchaser owns the product within the warranty timeline. Any repairs under this warranty will be made with similar or identical parts.
What our warranty does not cover?
Our warranty does not cover: wear and tear, damage (abuse, accidents, alterations, misuse), exposure to sunlight (discoloration, fading, cracking, shrinking or stretching) and colour variations (natural variations in color, grain, or weave of organic materials).
1 Year Warranty
Custom blinds offers a 1 Year Warranty on:

Roman blinds
Custom blinds is able to determine whether the product should be repaired or replaced. In the instance that we process a repair or replacement and certain materials are discontinued, we will provide a similar substitution and strive to match the original specification.
