Cancellation Policy
Custom Blinds operates under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2015.
All our window blinds are made to measure.
The customer is given a 3-day cancellation period. However, in accordance with the reasonable requirements of the contract, they are liable for any costs after requesting the start of a project before the end of the timeframe and proceeding to cancel it.
There may be times where materials have been discontinued or we have insufficient stock to process orders. In this instance, we are legally able to cancel orders with Custom Blinds. No discounts or compensation can be offered under these unforeseen circumstances.
Additionally, materials may be out of stock from time to time. We will then inform the customer of any possible delays as soon as possible.
